Brookfields School introduces “Real Play” for Families

Posted: Monday 6th November 2017

“Real Play” is being introduced into schools across the UK to help families be more active. It brings schools, families and communities closer together joining up learning through the power of play. It provides exciting resources to engage families in playing together. Real Play has a very positive impact on children’s learning behaviours and parent’s confidence to transform habits and increase active family play.

Brookfields School launched the first of 12 “Real Play” workshops for families this halt term. Family members came to school to participate in a PE pirate adventure with their children. It was a great success! All the children and parents got involved and had a great time! All the families received a box of goodies to continue their adventures at home. We are looking forward to seeing everyone next week!
