Hours subject to negotiation but a minimum of 25 per week, term time only
Salary range based on 25 hours per week term time only £10,246-£11,299

A fantastic opportunity has become available for an efficient and experienced administrator who has excellent communication and all round MS Office skills.  Main responsibilities will be:

  • compiling schedule of invitees for Reviews
  • typing and distribution of Review invitation letters
  • taking minutes, typing up and distributing
  • producing letters to accompany Review Reports
  • proof reading Review Reports and obtaining signature
  • collating, copying and distributing reports with letters
  • amending Review reports and Targets as necessary
  • PDF Review paperwork to shared drive and attendees
  • liaising with all levels of Management
  • liaising with staff, pupils, parents, other professionals and the Local Authority, and responding to queries / requests
  • using SIMS to record data
